Exchange & Return Policy
Hassle-Free 7-Day Size Exchanges
1. Eligibility for Exchange
To qualify for a size or color exchange, the item must be unworn, unwashed, free from perfume or makeup marks, and in its original condition with all boutique tags intact.
2. How to Request an Exchange
Simply contact our customer care team on WhatsApp at +94 75 343 4471 within 7 days of receiving your order with your Order ID and photo of the dress. Our stylists will coordinate with the courier rider to pick up the parcel and deliver the replacement size directly to your doorstep.
3. Courier Exchange Logistics
A standard nominal courier exchange fee of Rs. 350 applies for two-way exchange parcel handling outside Colombo, unless the exchange is due to an incorrect item dispatched by our packing team (in which case shipping is 100% free).
4. Damaged or Defective Items
In the unlikely event that a parcel arrives with manufacturing defects or damage, notify us within 24 hours of delivery and we will immediately dispatch a fresh replacement or issue a full refund.
